(TSC)Teachers Online Declaration of Wealth

All teachers in Kenya are required to fill an online wealth declaration form by 31st December 2019 (end of every year). This is according to the Public officer Ethic Act

Accessing the portal

All TSC employees can be users in the Teachers Online Services Information system. It is a webbased system and can be accessed through any browser preferably chrome or Mozilla Firefox. To access the portal, go to TSC website www.tsc.go.ke, click on online services menu and go to Teachers Online Services sub menu as shown below

Wealth declaration procedure and guide

Below is a guide on how TSC Teachers can declare their wealth for income assets and liabilities online:

1. Visit the official TSC website; tsc.go.ke
2. click on online services menu and go to Teachers Online Services sub menu
3. You will redirected to teachersonline.go.ke
4. Click on the Declaration of Income, Assets and Liabilities
5. Enter your TSC number and click next
6. Sign Up by entering your correct contact details’
7. Use your TSC number and password to login
8. Read all the instructions and clikc NEXT
9. Fill in the wealth declaration form where you will be required to enter your wealth details and that of your spouse

Teachers that are supposed to declare wealth

All teachers in employment of TSC are required to declare their Income, Assets  and Liabilities. These include teachers on:

• Leave (Of whatever kind)
• Interdiction
• Suspension
• Sick leave
• Authorised absence from duty
