NON-WITHDRAWABLE-DEPOSIT-TAKING SACCOS
The Authority has issued a notice on the commencement of the process of supervising and regulating SACCOs carrying out specified non-deposit-taking SACCO business in accordance with the Sacco Societies (Non-Deposit Taking Business) Regulations, 2020.
The Regulations took effect on 1st January 2021 and thus SACCOs have until 30th June 2021 to comply.

After filling the Non-DT-SACCO Data collection template provided above, the SACCO is to submit the template at the portal.
