Nairobi gubernatorial candidate Miguna Miguna has completely refused to recognize Mike Sonko as the next governor of Nairobi.
Miguna, who was responding for the first time in the victory of the outgoing Naorobi Senator, maintained that Sonko was a “drugdealer and a thief”, adding that he would not recognize him as the man in charge of the capital city of Kenya for the next five years.
The gubernatorial aspirant on an independent ticket was the third and final aspirant to speak on Sonko’s ‘unlikely’ victory.
In a post seen by TUKO.co.ke, Miguna maintains that Sonko was “functionally illiterate” to take on matters concerning a county.
“ATTENTION: @MikeSonko remains a functionally illiterate convicted drug dealer and looter. I'll never recognize him as my governor. Period!” He wrote.
In a series of subsequent rants, the gubernatorial aspirant told his followers that he would continue to fight against what he has on numerous times called “cartels” and impunity.
