IEBC fresh presidential election is officially scheduled for 17th October 2017

During IEBC 204th Plenary meeting held today, the commision resolved as follows:

1. A fresh presidential election will be held on the 17th October 2017. This is in conformity with the supreme court decision annualling the presidential election helb on 8th August 2017
