TSC payslip download: Teachers Service Commission in Kenya provides online services for Kenyans such as applying TSC jobs online, applying payslips online, wealth declaration forms in Kenya, Teacher registration, Pension Matters such as voluntary retirement services, NSSF in Kenya and contributory pension scheme. Teachers can access the TSC payslip online through website.

Step 1

To get started .Click on the “Registration/Activate account” and you will be required to fill the following items. Make sure you have all of them as you cannot complete if you miss even one document.

1. TSC number – If you don’t have TSC no kindly register in step 2
2. Your full Names as in National ID – The order is very crucial
3. ID number – As it appears on ID
4. KRA Tax PIN -very important
5. Date of Birth -As it appears on the ID
6. Designation code- It is there on physical payslip
7. Pay station code.
8. Bank account number.
9. Mobile number.
10. Personal email address.

Step 2

After entering details you are now required to enter your new password which you can easily remember and secure.

You can now login to TSC portal the system and download the payslip

Requirements for TSC Online Registration

New Teachers are required to apply for online registration .The following documents are to be scanned and uploaded correctly

1. copies of academic and professional certificates(Must be certified) ID card and a passport
2. Entry and work permits( Necessary for non-residents)
3. Deposit Ksh 550 using following payment information

TSC PAYSLIP MPESA PAYBILL NUMBER and How to pay via mpesa

Mpesa Business Number – 547700

• Go to Lipa na Mpesa in the Mpesa menu
• Select the pay bill option
• Enter the business number as ‘547700’ followed by ‘01001000905001’ as the account number.
• As soon as you are done paying the registration fee, ensure you have all the documents ready for the new teacher registration online process. 

You can now log into the TSC Online Payslips Registration portal to access payslips

Remember 

A letter of clearance from the Ministry of Education is required as an extra document for the Expatriate Teachers; you are required to include a letter of clearance from the Ministry of Education Vetting Committee among the other documents
