80 IEBC job vacancies two Senior Procurement Officers, 41 Constituency Election Coordinators (CECs), 30 Accountants, two County ICT Officers and two County Administrative Assistants (CAAs)

The electoral management body, the IEBC, has advertised 80 job vacancies in today’s newspapers. They comprise three Directors, two Senior Procurement Officers, 41 Constituency Election Coordinators (CECs), 30 Accountants, two County ICT Officers and two County Administrative Assistants (CAAs). The Directors will be based at the IEBC headquarters in Nairobi while the duty stations for the rest of the jobs are in constituencies and counties.

Applications can only be made online on the Commission website, https://www.iebc.or.ke/iebcjobs/ and must be done on or before 27th April, 2018. Details, including qualifications are available online.

Shortlisted applicants MUST acquire and present the following clearances:

Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)

Criminal Investigation Department (CID)

Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)

Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP)

Higher Education Loans Board

Professional bodies (where applicable) to which the applicant belongs e.g. LSK, ICPAK, AAK, IEK etc

Credit Reference Bureau Africa Ltd or Metropol Credit Reference Bureau

Security Clearance

All shortlisted applicants may be subjected by the Commission to a security clearance by National Intelligence Service (NIS).
