Co-operative University of Kenya ADMISSION INFORMATION FOR KUCCPS DIPLOMA STUDENTS (2017/2018)-KCSE 2016 CANDIDATES

he 2016 KCSE candidates placed by KUCCPS are notified that admission letters are available and are downloadable from the University website (www.cuk.ac.ke) by following the below procedure:

• Click ADMISSIONS
• Click ONLINE APPLICATION
• On the online application dialog box, enter your KCSE index number in the format XXXXXXXXXXX/2016 in the space labeled “Enter your KCSE Index No to print your Admission Letter”
• Click Check Status
• Click “Click here to print” The arrow below shows where to key in your KCSE index number (11 characters)-Note: Do not enter anything on the middle space labeled email and password.

Your admission letter will appear on the screen and you can then send it to a printer connected to your computer.  You are also expected to download fees structure and other admission forms, available in the university website (www.cuk.ac.ke) under the label “Admission Attachments for New students”. Please complete all the attached admission forms and report with them on the opening day which will be on Tuesday 16^th May 2017 by 8.30am. The Diploma fees structures are in two categories labeled as Diploma Fees structure (SBE) and Diploma Fees structure (SCCD). Please check keenly and ensure you print the one which has the name of your diploma programme indicated at the top page.

All new Diploma students are expected to report at Main Campus Karen on Tuesday 16^th May 2017 by 8.30am for registration. The deadline for reporting is on Friday 26^th May 2017.
